Eurt User Agreement
By using the Products and Services, you agree that:
− You will only use the Website and Services for lawful purposes.
− You will not use the “Spaces” for the storage or transfer of any illegal good or substance or the execution of any activity deemed illegal in the local jurisdiction of the Space or your own jurisdiction of residence.
(Spaces are defined as the physical locations used by Providers when offering services to Travelers, within the Eurt Product, Spaces are referred to by their marketing name “Eurts”, Spaces is used in this Agreement to avoid confusion with the Company name)
− You are responsible for any and all items in the possessions you choose to store in a Space. The well-being of these possessions (“Belongings”) during their storage with a Provider is subject to the Terms and Conditions under the section “Luggage Storage Policies” below
− You will not use the Products and Services for any activity against the law in the country of use of the Products, the Services, or your own country of citizenship.
− You will respect all Spaces and keep them in clean and tidy order
− You will abide by the rules set forth by the owner of the Space for the use of his or her Space; if the Traveler feels these rules are unjust, illegal, or otherwise unacceptable, the Traveler retains the right to cancel the Service at any time. Refunds will be issued in accordance with Eurt’s Refund Policy
Rules Governing use of Product
Eurt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to (i) access and view any Eurt Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes and (ii) access and view any User Content to which you are permitted access, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section.
You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit Eurt's mark and branding, website, content, or Eurt’s Product and Services except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Eurt or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.
Luggage Storage Policies
Prohibited Activities for Luggage Storage
− Storage of animals
− Storage of illegal or illicit drugs
− Storage of explosive materials
− Storage of any arms or munitions
− Storage of any device which is in-operation at the time of storage for the use of surveillance, audio recording, or other invasive activities
− The use of storage spaces for the transfer of stolen items, money laundering, or the assistance of any illegal activity
Insurance and Liability
Eurt is not responsible for the well-being of your Belongings nor your Spaces nor that of any other item or location used in interactions between Travelers and Providers.
Travelers and Providers must do their utmost to follow the subsequent guidelines in all Eurt interactions. The goal of all Users should be mutual respect among all Users of the Product and Services. This extends to the property of those Users as well. Specific terms are set forth below.
Traveler and Provider Pact
Providers must keep Traveler Belongings in the same condition they were in before their use in Provider Services. If it is proven or reasonably assumed that damages took place when Belongings were under Provider care, the Provider, and the Provider only, will be responsible for compensating the assumed value of the damages either through (i) reaching a resolution agreed directly between the Provider and Traveler (such as remitting a payment, replacing an item, forgiving the problem, etc.) along with submitting the necessary “Claim Resolution” form to Eurt or based on (ii) the agreed claim amount through a third party insurance provider.
All Providers are required to show proof of a valid liability insurance policy which covers damage or lost goods.
Eurt’s Customer Support provides a platform for Users to voice their concerns regarding problems with the Products or Services as well as with other Users. Eurt reserves the right to collect payment from a User and pursue any remedies available to Eurt in this regard in situations where a User is deemed responsible for a “Damage Claim”.
Users agree to cooperate with and assist Eurt in this end in good faith and to provide Eurt with such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by Eurt in connection with any Damage Claim or other complaint related to a Belongings or a Space.
Users agree to only issue Damage Claims in good faith, offering a fair, honest, and objective assessment of any incident and not intentionally mislead or otherwise exploit the claim system. If it is discovered that a User committed an act of fraud through the Damage Claim system, that user will be removed from the Products and Services and Eurt reserves the right to contact law enforcement to take legal action.
Any lost item must be reported to Eurt through a “Loss Claim”. Loss Claims are only accepted up to 24 hours after entering Pick-up. Eurt’s Customer Support will then launch an investigation into the matter. Eurt may require the User to provide a police report or take other investigatory measures as necessary to aid in the drawing the rightful conclusion.
All actions taken will be communicated with the User via email and/or phone call. These calls may be recorded for future legal purposes.
If necessary, Eurt will take the necessary legal action which may include contacting the police and assisting in any necessary investigations or persecution of a party found guilty of any illegal act. Eurt reserves the right to remove any User at any time for any reason if Eurt feels that User is willfully engaging in unlawful behavior or potentially harming the Product and Services and/or other Users.
